Talented guitarist and songwriter, Andy (Andrea Martongelli) belongs to the Hard Rock / Heavy Metal world since 1999, when the Heavy – Thrash Metal band “Arthemis” starts its career. His creative process and technical approach keeps changing and evolving through the years making his awesome guitar riffing and soloing more personal, unique, for many fans a real trademark.From 1999 to nowadays Andrea has recorded with his band ARTHEMIS and other projects (Power Quest, Killer Klown, Fear Of Fours, The Snake…), several amazing Heavy Metal albums, constantly touring and performing at some of the greatest World Metal events (Bloodstock Open Air UK, Hard Rock Hell UK, Hammerfest UK, Evolution Festival, Hard Rock Hell Ibiza, Japan Headlining Tour, Germany Headlining Tour, several UK co-headlining tour, European tours, Metal-Camp, Firefest, Prog-Power Fest UK, Evolution Festival…& many more), establishing himself as a crazy shred-guitar machine but also as an eclectic musician and great songwriter. With instructional DVDs (50 Heavy Metal Monster-Licks, The Metal Injection,…), books and cds, collaborations with guitar magazines, recording studios, music schools (Andrea is the Head of the Rock-Metal Guitar Department of MMI - Modern Music Institute), guitar clinics and workshops around the world (Frankfurt Musik Messe, Namm Show, Second Hand Guitar, MI Musicians Institute Japan, London Guitar Show... & more), Andrea is a very productive musician; at present he’s carrying on his mission, with new tours and records that inspire thousands fans around the world, spreading his amazing music to the whole World of Heavy Metal.
